UPI will serve as the exclusive distributor for FLP MICROFINISHING in North America.

The HIGH PRECISION NANO SERIES is specifically engineered for double-sided precision processing, producing unparalleled yield and surface quality of even the hardest exotic substrates like ALON, sapphire and spinel.
Featuring internally-cooled, temperature-controlled plates, these machines also offer an integrated slurry mixing and delivery system. In addition, a Keyence non-contact size control system for real-time stock removal readout, and precise, dynamic load control without raising plate are also standard. Each machine can be customized to match specific processing requirements with drives/motors/gears, plate diameter/material, carrier design/size and part size/capacity.
